3rd and 6th classes were treated to an SEAI Energy Workshop in April 2017. As part of the workshop the boys learned all about fossil fuels and the importance of using and developing renewable energy. The children participated in some experiments. The boy’s favourite one was using a potato to power a light bulb! After the experiments all of the children played a huge energy based board game where they themselves had to move along the board. Great fun was had by all!
