The semi-final and final of the lunchtime leagues took place last Friday. This is a fantastic competition organised and run by Mr Farrell in which the children play a number of gaelic matches during lunchtime over a number of weeks. Both the junior and senior end of the school have four teams so everyone competes for a place in the final. We were once more blessed with the weather and the boys left nothing behind them. The games played at blistering pace and there was an abundance of skill on show while Mr Stanley commentated on all the action. Well done to all who took part and a big thanks also to Mr Conlon who captured the action for us and Mr Murray who refereed. Check out the fantastic photos.
