Today our June Assembly took place, one that saw Ms Mc Nally’s class lead us in the importance of our school community and religion in our lives. Mr Finnegan’s Class were (virtually) presented with the Golden for their fantastic effort to use environmentally friendly methods of getting to school such as Walking, Cycling & Park ‘n’ Striding. Well done to all the boys in Mr Finnegan’s class.

We then presented our Handwriting Awards to each Class level, check out our winners below who have continuously made strives in handwriting, all the boys have made it very tough for every class to choose winners so keep up the great work boys. We then concluded with some news that our 6th Classes will release the Friary Times for Sale on Monday, June 14th at a price of €2. To be in with the chance of winning a fantastic prize of a €20 SMYTHS gift voucher you must buy and enter the art competition, the theme for this competition is ‘My Friary Memory’.

That concluded another successful Zoom assembly, one in which our 6th Class showed off their leavers hoodies with pride. You may see them wearing these throughout June in and around the school.
