Today our pupils were treated to a wonderful class in Yoga. From 2nd all the way to 6th, the boys spent time in the hall with yoga and kids mindfulness practitioner Lisa Browne. This session was organised by our mindfulness team and provided an opportunity for the boys to learn more about their bodies and minds. The session included a fun warm up, really useful breathing excercises to help calm and realign the mind followed by some yoga poses. A huge thanks to Mrs Hughes and Ms Murphy for organising this as part of our well-being plan.
