Friendship week is now in full swing in the Friary. The pupils have been working on a number of activities throughout the week so far. On Monday, the boys outlined the qualities they look for in a friend on leaves. These were then coloured and placed on the Friendship tree, as you can see they have made for a beautiful display on our corridor.
On Tuesday the boys chose a random act of kindness from the jar and tried to carry it out that day. Some examples were ‘asking if a person is ok and if you could help them’ or ‘saying sorry for something you did’.
Today, Wednesday was odd sock day so staff and pupils alike wore odd socks to celebrate the fact that we are all different. The boys are also working on a freindship wordsearch.
Our activities will continue so please check back to see our photos.
