Today we finished off our Catholic Schools Week with a whole school assembly in the hall. This comprised of a reflection upon our wonderful Catholic schools week and all the activities that took place in each class level. Ms Ronan and Ms Bond’s 4th class then made a presentation on St Brigid ahead of St Brigid’s Day on the 1st of February. This was followed by the presentation of our awards which included Handwriting awards and the Golden Boot Award for January. Congratulations to Ms Murphy’s class on retaining the award from December. Throughout our assembly we were led in song by our wonderful school band and choir singing ‘Shine Jesus Shine’ and ‘We want to see Jesus lifted high’.
We would like to wish our 2nd classes all the very best in their Enrolement Ceremony which takes place this Sunday in the Friary Church at 10am.
